How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We usually deliver within 3-5 business days in USA, UK & CANADA and for other countries 7-10 days. But due to current pandemic situation our delivery time may vary.

How do I change my shipping address?

While placing an order you have the option to put your shipping or delivery address.

If you already placed the order and want to change your address and other contact details then you can reach us by our email or contact number.

How do I track the status of my order?

We will provide the tracking information on the email you have provided within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. So, make sure to provide a working email id.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No, we use PayPal and Stripe for taking payments on our website, they do not disclose the card details and other information.

Your details are completely safe as they are a very trusted source for sending and receiving payments.

Do you charge sales tax?
